Pet Passports

Brexit Update: Pet travel requirements will change depending on what happens with Brexit. Please see up to date information on the UK government website and contact the practice if you have any questions.

**************************************************************************

It is now easier than ever to travel to foreign countries with your pet. With many people living international lives or for those pets accompanying you on a family holiday, the PETS travel scheme allows travel for certified pets between qualified EU and non-EU countries. Our vets are registered as official veterinarians and are therefore licensed to issue the passport required for travel. The scheme is open to dogs, cats and ferrets and they must meet certain criteria in order for the passport to be issued. We are more than happy to discuss the pros and cons of travelling abroad with your pet and will always work with you to find the most suitable solution to your travel requirements.

Any animal wishing to travel to a country that is not recognised under the PETS travel scheme will be classed as an ‘export’ (see separate section).
