We are asking all clients to now submit any insurance claims in this way if possible. It is a very simple process and the steps that you need to follow are below.
- Go to www.petplan.co.uk/existing-customers/ and click on Make a Claim (on the right hand side under ‘Handle your Claim’
- It then asks what you are wanting to claim for (this is probably going to always be Vet Fees)
- Then click the green Start your Vet Fees claim button
- There is then an online form to complete with questions about your pet and about their illness/claim. You can select whether this is a new condition or a continuation of a previous claim at the top
- When it is all complete, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page
We will then get an email with a link for us to complete the veterinary practice form, with details of invoices and medical history etc. You should then hear from Petplan when it is all approved and payment made.
